REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all products and services offered by Startkyoo.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital courses and downloadable materials are final.

Once access has been granted or a download has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless required by law.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will assist promptly.
Subscription charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.


PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
(Books & Merchandise)
Physical items may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • The incorrect item was shipped

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


CONSULTING SERVICES & WORKSHOPS

Consultations, workshops, and professional services are scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Custom workshops or multi-session engagements may be subject to separate written agreements.


LIVE PERFORMANCES & CREATIVE EXPERIENCES

Live performances and experiential bookings are subject to event-based planning and preparation.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be outlined in the booking agreement or invoice.


CONTENT & CREATIVE SERVICES

Content creation and creative services are project-based.

Refunds are not offered for completed work. Partial refunds or revisions may be considered based on the scope of the project and written agreement.
